Level 99 Games offers a large catalog of games, and we provide a consistent 50% discount to our retailers. With a minimum order of $300 USD, shipping is free in the continental USA.

As a retail-direct customer, you can acquire promotional and limited-run products that are not typically available in distribution. If you wish to run events or organized play in your store, you can also request additional demo copies or player rewards from us.

Any retailer who operates a brick-and-mortar location is eligible to work with us retail-direct.

Who isn't eligible for Retail Direct?

Our retail direct program is not designed for retailers who fit into the following categories:

  • Selling primarily on Amazon.com.
  • Operating online storefronts with no or minimal physical location.
  • Stores outside the continental USA (unless you have a USA-based freight forwarder).

Stores that fit into these categories are best served by our network of worldwide distributors.

Retail MAP Policy

As a publisher creating specialty games, we have an interest in maintaining the reasonable recommended pricing of our original works (MSRP). We believe that distribution and retail work best when companies compete on the metrics of service, dependability, features, and quality, rather than race-to-the-bottom price-cutting. 

By maintaining our reasonable MSRP across channels, we are able to provide the designers, producers, and artists who create these games a fair wage for their work, and to support the creation of new and excellent games for our fans around the world.

Retailers who order directly from us must agree to participate in our 80% Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAPP). This policy states that you will not advertise or display Level 99 Games at prices lower than 80% of the full MSRP in your physical or online store.

A store may still offer such deals directly to customers via means such as coupons, email-advertised sales, or direct negotiations, but they cannot be generally available or visible to the public.

Distributors who work with us also agree to enforce our MAPP to the retailers who order from them.

Stores that violate our map policy risk blacklisting with us and our network of distributors.
