Usage
Pixel Tactics Promo cards go into a promo deck, which is shuffled and placed beside the game area.
At the start of the game, each player draws one fewer cards from their own deck, and draws 1 card from the promo deck.
As an action, a player may discard a card from their hand to draw a card from the promo deck.
