Ithry here with your Monday Collusion Content update! Super Zeroes is the first Expansion set in Collusion I’ll be talking about. Super Zeroes introduces a new keyword: Heroic!
Hello, everyone! It’s Marco again with yet another Millennium Blades Collusion article. This time, I want to explore an important aspect of the game: Collections. Collections are the "other” way of gathering Victory Points (VP) outside of straight-up winning Tournaments. In this article, we’ll explore when it’s time to abandon a deck and send it to the Realm of Shadows for points!
Created by our friends over at Studio Woe, Gruff is a “tactical game of mutated monster goats.” Created by League of Legends dev-team veterans Brent and Virginia Critchfield, the game features art that is both terrifying and adorable at the same time. Gameplay is all about building your own specialized team of goats and playing out the cards in your deck to break through your opponent’s team and defeat their Shepherd.
Attention, duelists, it’s me: Marco! As many of you know, Millennium Blades is one of my favorite games and with the new Kickstarter for Collusion out, I felt like it was only appropriate to give you all a small sneak peak into the new cards we’ll be seeing in this set. Specifically, I want to get into some new combos you can possibly make use of in your games!
LAST WEEK! Back it on Kickstarter now: https://goo.gl/fk4Vqg
The VOD of the Millennium Blades Gameplay Preview Stream we had last February 22. The game features Chris, Marco, Alice, and our special guest: Kroze!
Red Dragon Inn has been a staple of tabletop gaming for over a decade now, and we’re honored to have the chance to bring it to Millennium Blades! For those who haven’t encountered RDI before, the best way to describe it is as a gamer’s party game. There’s enough going on mechanically to satisfy an audience of experienced players, but the action is wacky and chaotic. Most of all, this is a game that was designed for fun among groups of gamer friends–a principle that we at Level 99 Games feel immense kinship with, and one which makes it a great fit for Millennium Blades!
Street Masters is a cooperative beat-em-up brawl from our friends at Blacklist Games. Last year, we had the opportunity to become part of the game ourselves by contributing three heroes from the World of Indines universe to appear as allies within the world of Street Masters. Now, we’ve decided to return the favor and bring the cast of Street Masters to one of our own games!
Hey, duelists! Marco back with another Millennium Blades article. Specifically, I want to talk about Money. Money, as we all know, is totally the only thing that ever matters in life, since it lets you buy more cards in your favorite CCGs! Naturally, this is true in the 107% true to life accurate CCG simulator that is Millennium Blades. However, I think it would benefit all of us to understand WHY Money is so OP.
Middara is an adventure game by Succubus Publishing. I (Brad) wasn't an original backer of this project–I only learned about it at 2018's SaltCon. From across the hall when I saw the box and miniatures propped up on the table, I was immediately intrigued. The anime-inspired art was gorgeous, the game was sprawling and stuffed with content, and a huge book of lore and storylines rested on the table beside it.
Near and Far is a story-driven adventure game by Red Raven Games. It sports an expansive story mode, with each game taking place on a different map. Each map’s layout not only provides new decisions to make during gameplay, but also a new set of quests players can interact with. Reading the quests is almost as fun as being the one that gets to make the decision during them.
Kamigami Battles is the latest original property from Japanime Games, and is a spiritual-successor-slash-reimplementation of their classic Kanzume Goddess. Kamigami is a fast-paced, highly interactive deckbuilding game that leans heavily on character powers to make each experience unique. Unlike most deckbuilders, the name of the game is direct combat–you win once you destroy all of your enemies!
It’s almost Valentine’s Day, everyone! Since you’ve shown us so much love during our Millennium Blades Collusion Kickstarter, we thought it would be nice for our characters to show you all some love as well! Here’s some Valentine’s Duelist cards for you all!
Kill the Overlord is a game of hot potato. The executioner is out for heads, and the players will have to use their wits and their bribes to keep him circulating around the table and away from them. Once a player can no longer pass the buck, he loses his head and gets demoted to the lowest status in the kingdom. After the Overlord dies, the social hierarchy moves up, with survivors advancing, and the killed players reincarnating back into the lower castes.
Doomtown Reloaded is a modern remake of AEG’s classic collectible card game, as a living-style card game. The new incarnation features great art, interesting factions, and a ton of Weird West theme. As a fan of the genre, I was excited when Pinnacle Entertainment, who are now managing the property, asked me to create some Millennium Blades Promos for Doomtown! Those promos were available in the Doomtown Reloaded project, and now we’re making them available to you here!
